The Richland/Lexington Disabilities and Special Needs Board is the planning and coordinating entity for services for people with disabilities and special needs in Richland and Lexington Counties. We provide services and supports for people with:

• Autism
• Intellectual Disabilities and Related Disabilities
• Traumatic Brain Injuries and Spinal Cord Injuries and Similar Disabilities
