A Community Training Home I (CTH I) is modeled after a tranditional foster home. The facilities are personal homes in the community owned/rented by the licensed Caregiver. These facilities undergo regular inspections to ensure the safety of all occupants. Nothing is required of a CTH I that would not be good practice for you in your home (fire detectors in each room, water temperature monitoring, etc.)
