Qualified Provider’s List
Providers on the Qualified Provider List (QPL) have been approved to provide services for consumers with Mental Retardation, Related Disabilities or Autism and Services Specialized for consumers with Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, or Similar Disabilities.
