Other State Government Agencies
| People with disabilities have the right to receive the same services from public agencies and other organizations that benefit all South Carolina citizens, and to have those services coordinated with the special services needed because of their disabilities. Examples include education, health, Medicaid, mental health and social services. Only when these services cannot meet the needs of individuals with disabilities will DDSN provide the "special" services to supplement the "regular" services offered by other agencies. | ||
